Primarily this a 9 Axis repition lathe with an automated bar feed.  Is is capable of producing complex components involving processes such as turning, milling, threading, knurling etc in one.

This is a very versatile machine capable of small or large batches of very high quality components parts.

The main head has vertical 5 turning tools and 4 live milling heads.

There is an opposing secondary spindle capable of end working or picking up of component parts.

The opposing third head has 4 live spindles able to mill thread etc.

A back working facility is in place for a further 4 live spindles enabling back working on parts picked up on the second head.
